Just wanted to put out a little personal “warning” about a certain investor that I’ve been working with that has not used so nice of words with me and I would not recommend anyone deal with him in the future. His business practices are less than ethical and may have the potential to make you feel like a worthless piece. If you have a bank owned property and you receive an offer from him, beware…he likes to offer high and then back out when he realizes the offer was too high.
