Beware of agent...

Below is a copy of an email that was sent to one of our listing clients from  an owner/broker for a buyer AFTER the transaction. I was appalled that someone in our profession could actually write something like this. The commission is not able to do anything and CAR is not able to do anything.

 

Decide for yourself if you want to work with an agent such as this.

You created the bad "vibe."  And if you really were a realtor, you would know not the leave your personal belongings in the house for someone else to dispose of.  YOU apparently don't know the meaning of professional. When YOU talked shit about my clients it is their right to know. How is it that myself, my clients and your Realtor agree YOU did the wrong thing. Trish apologized several times for your behavior. I knew when I saw your big bulging bug eyes we were in for trouble. They look like Homer Simpson eyes. Do children run away when the see them.

Hi all-

 

I have met a young man who is in the video business doing weddings, etc. I suggested to him that he might want to get into the home video field. Short version- He is willing to do a home video (and he has a steadycam, professional editing softward, and the like) for a listing for free. This would allow him to see how much effort is involved, let him work with the Realtor to showcase the home and the agent and get his feet into the water. It would also allow us to see the kind of work that his company is able to create. I suspect that this particular video will take a bit longer to produce (since it is a new venue for him) than would one from an ‘established’ company, but hey, it’s free!

Broncos Tickets

Parker,

        I am a season ticket holder for the broncos and have 2 great seats for sale to 2 of the best games of the season. My seats are in Section 317 row 11 seats 17 & 18. They have an awesome view of the whole field and are at an angle that you can really see the plays develop. A football fans dream.

 

The 2 games are November 22 vs. division rival San Diego Chargers and November 26 (Thanksgiving Day) against the former Super Bowl Champion NY Giants.
