Hi guys,
I have a seller that her daughter is looking for summer help? Here is what she is looking for…..
I will be finishing school soon and will be living in Parker during the summer and am in need of summer employment. I was wondering if your Parker office will need any extra help from late May to early August. I would be willing to perform any position and would like to work more than forty hours per week if possible. I am open to any application process and can send you a resume if needed. Thank you so much, Lisa!!
Audrey
Thanks guys,
Lisa
Ps
I still need an updated ranch in the pinery under 400k

Hi guys,
Does anyone have a rental in the Chaparral High School area with at least 3 beds, 3 baths, basement and at least 2 car garage?
Does not like the Cottonwood Area. Even a lease option would work for her. Not sure on price just let me know and I will send
her the information!
Thanks in advance.

Timing, they say, is everything. Not five minutes after I had posted my previous blog about home sales and registration, I received this from NAR. http://www.realtor.org/government_affairs/gapublic/american_clean_energy_security_act It tells of mods to the bill that:
· Does not create a federal energy audit requirement for real property;
· Exempts existing homes and buildings from any federal guidelines for new construction energy efficiency information labels.
· Prohibits the implementation of any labeling during a sales transaction.
And there is more

This WILL affect us. This article discusses changes that DOE will put into place (no law required, just regulation stated by DOE) for selling a home. Not new home, existing homes. This is able to be done because DOE has declared CO2 to be a pollutant that they can regulate. (They do this to stop anthropogenic global warming, which IMHO (I have an advanced degree in Atmospheric Science) is fraudulent.) Regardless, this will have a huge impact on our business. From the referenced article:
“…. you're not aware of the fact that the Obama administration is planning to force us to register our homes, just like our cars, and get them inspected by an authorized agent of the DOE in order to get an "Inspection Label" for the home. So I suggest that you all read the Cap & Trade bill which was passed by the House last June, and which President Barack Obama is probably going to try to ram through the Senate shortly. That abomination of a bill requires us to bring our homes into compliance with each of the new standards for all regulated appliances, in order to legally sell them.” Read it all here: http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2010/04/onerous_new_doe_regulations_he.html

I have a friend who lives in Bradbury Ranch and backs to the open space with the power lines. His basement is halfway underground (garden level?) and he is thinking about converting it to a walkout. Since it is still halfway underground, I fear that if he did that, when you walked out it would feel like you’re in a hole. My question is, what (if any) value would that bring in his home? Would it be worth it? THANK YOU ALL!!!!!
