I have a friend who lives in Bradbury Ranch and backs to the open space with the power lines. His basement is halfway underground (garden level?) and he is thinking about converting it to a walkout. Since it is still halfway underground, I fear that if he did that, when you walked out it would feel like you’re in a hole. My question is, what (if any) value would that bring in his home? Would it be worth it? THANK YOU ALL!!!!!
