HOW CAN WE INCREASE FLOOR ACTIVITY (calls and walk-ins)?

    We need to make sure we are more visible to the people passing by.
    Should we or could we, put an A frame sign in front of the office outside and by the Egg and I restaurant? Do we have the Coldwell Banker name outside the building in all the outside cornerts that we occupy?

    We won't have walk-ins on the weekends as long as the doors are locked.
    We could offer a computer with high speed access available to the public to search properties (during reasonable hours) and advertise that it is there and available.
