I have some buyers who are looking for a home in either Plum Creek area or the Meadows in Castle Rock. They want 2000 sf with a partially finished basement, an open kitchen area, three bedrooms, two baths. Because of a credit issue which is being corrected, they need to rent for from 3-6 months and then want to buy the home. Another area that might work for them would be the Woodlands. Their price range is between $200,000 to $210,000. Once this credit glitch is corrected, their scores should be in the mid 700s. they are currently working with a lender to resolve the situation.
Does anyone have a seller who might be interested in doing this?
