Have we hit the bottom of property depreciation? What do YOU think?
Yes and No depending on the location. I feel it is very geographic at this point. With that being said, I believe the bottom has come. The market changing for the better in some parts means that everyone else is right behind. We are going to see alot of movement in the next 12 months. Now is the time to get out there!!!
