I have a friend and his wife- older couple and they really know how to take care of a place- looking for a place to rent in Parker. 1990 or newer on 3/4 acre +. They would love to have a ranch or a main floor master but will consider other options. 3 car garage is a must. They would pay as much as $2,500 a month for the right property.
