scam again?

Has anyone received a lead from Angela Disu angeladisu1@gmail.com and “Mr. Pat” claiming to have $10 Million in escrow ready to invest and wants to buy a bunch of short sale no less than $500,000?  I believe this is a scam, but just wanted to check with everyone.
