Anyone know of a rental that meets the needs below?

Hi Julie,

Thank you for the response....here are our general parameters.

• We have leased our home here in Michigan and are moving to the Denver area. We’re coming from a 5,100 sqft home so something comparable would be great. We’re looking for a hopefully newer (less than 10 years) executive home that is at least 3800++ sqft (on the main levels) with preferably 3 car garage and at least 4 bedrooms (plus office) and plus hopefully a finished basement (nice if it’s a walk out).  Proximity to good schools is also very important.

 

• Would like the refrigerator/washer/dryer included.......we are non-smokers......My wife, 9 year old daughter and myself

 

• We have 2 small dogs (shih-tzu’s) that are 10 lbs each and would be glad to pay a reasonable pet deposit.

 

• We are open to anywhere in the Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree areas...most areas of Parker ...or northern Castle Rock....pretty well in Douglas County.

 

• We came from an immaculate house and prefer to rent one that is immaculate as well.

 

• I am home based so commuting is not an issue for me as long as I’m near an airport. My wife will be working in the greater Denver area so those areas mentioned above would be ideal. Great schools are a big part of the decision.

 

• Our timeline...is we would like to be in by very early August 2010.
